Gunma Shikishima Athletic Stadium, is typical for any multi-purpose stadium in one of Japan's smaller cities. The facility, in Maebashi, Japan, became the home stadium for Thespa Kusatsu (later Thespakusatsu Gunma) after the league ruled that Nogi Stadium - the facility used during Thespa's JFL ⇒ J2 campaign. The naming rights for the stadium were taken by soy sauce maker Shoda Shoyu, which has its headquarters in nearby Tatebayashi, the stadium serves as a home ground for Thespakusatsu, as well as many local high schools. |
